科研贡献概述

  张树义,1964年出生于吉林省;1994年获法国居里大学生态学博士学位。目前担任国际杂志EcoHealth编委,中国科学探险协会副主席。

  张树义教授最近几年的研究集中于翼手目动物,尤其是与其特殊的形态、生理、行为等相关的功能基因的进化。取得的代表性成果包括:1)证实大足鼠耳蝠食鱼(Journal of Mammalogy, 2003);发现蝙蝠是SARS病毒的自然宿主(Science,2005);3)发现棕果蝠具有与人类相似的月经现象(Biology of Reproduction, 2007);4)发现能长距离迁徙的蝙蝠利用地球的磁极罗盘进行定向(Proceeding of the Royal Society B, 2007);5)发现蝙蝠携带的冠状病毒与其宿主之间存在一定的协同进化关系(Emerging Infectious Disease, 2007);6)发现和命名一个有效蝙蝠新物种――北京宽耳蝠(Journal of Mammalogy, 2007);7)发现与语言相关的Foxp2基因在回声定位蝙蝠中加速进化(PLoS One, 2007);8)发现与听觉相关的Prestin基因在回声定位蝙蝠中表现出很高的相似性,而且在恒频蝙蝠菊头蝠科中受到显著的正选择作用(PNAS, 2008);9)发现恒频蝙蝠和栖息于洞穴内的旧大陆果蝠的SWS基因丧失功能‚仅有单色觉(PNAS, 2009);10)发现回声定位鲸类与恒频蝙蝠的Prestin基因出现趋同进化(Current Biology, 2010a); 11)发现鲸Prestin基因的非同义替代和听觉频率呈显著正相关,而在蝙蝠中并不显著(Current Biology, 2010b);12)发现吸血蝙蝠丧失了甜觉(Mol Biol Evol,2010);13)发现梨鼻器嗅觉在蝙蝠家族普遍退化(Mol Biol Evol,2011);14)发现蝙蝠家族正在丧失Vc合成能力(Mol Biol Evol,2011);15) 发现KCNQ4基因在回声定位蝙蝠中发生了由正选择驱动的平行进化,该基因很可能与蝙蝠高频听觉功能的进化相关(Mol Biol Evol,2012);16)发现丙氨酸-乙醛酸转氨酶的线粒体靶定序列在果蝠中至少独立丧失了两次,与其食性的转变密切相关(Mol Biol Evol,2012)。

  他迄今为止在SCI杂志发表文章一百余篇,包括两篇Nature、两篇Science、两篇PNAS、一篇Nat Commun、七篇Mol Biol Evol和两篇Current Biology;文章被他引1500余次。关于“蝙蝠是类SARS病毒自然宿主”、“Foxp2基因在蝙蝠家族中加速进化”、“回声定位鲸类与恒频蝙蝠听觉基因趋同进化”的研究先后被Science杂志评述。
